Valentines Titanic Stay

This Valentines weekend my boyfriend and I stayed at the Titanic Hotel on Stanley dock, Liverpool. We have been admiring the hotel for a little while now and have been threatening to stay since it opened. Valentines weekend seemed like the perfect opportunity to!

We had high hopes for the hotel as their website shown very impressive photographs and the building itself is VERY impressive (I am sure a lot of you know this about the building already!)

Well, what can I say...we weren't disappointed! Our hopes and expectations were completely fulfilled.

On arrival we were greeted by very welcoming staff who checked us in and give us all the information we may have needed. Once checked in we were directed to our room (the nervous/exciting bit - will it be what you expected)

We stayed in a superior dockside room and it was stunning. The decor, lighting, facilities were fantastic...I was impressed because they had a full power hairdryer and the BF was impressed they had all the sports channels, lol. The shower was super powerful and the beds where super comfortable. The window seat looking over the dock was also a lovely addition to the room.

We enjoyed a few drinks in their very swanky bar. There was a nice mixture of furniture and lighting in the bar area giving it a very 'on trend' feel. The light level is low throughout the hotel giving a very relaxed moody feel.

We then went on to enjoy a three course meal in Stanleys bar and grill (the hotel restaurant). Again, no complaints, the service was great and the food was fantastic! Well prepared, well presented, very fresh, and very very very tasty. Defo 5*!

In the morning we got up and went down for breakfast. I think you know what is coming...it was great. It was a buffet style breakfast with continental and full English on offer. Tea, coffee, freshly squeezed juice, pastries, cereals, fruit, yoghurt. The lot. Plenty of it too.

Now don't get me wrong you will pay to stay here but if you get a deal like we did it is WELL worth it. Especially for a little treat. We loved every minute. We really enjoyed spending our valentines weekend at the titanic and will definitely be going back.

A fantastic additon to our City.

Give their website a little look.
